The City Treasurer's Office is located on the first floor of City Hall. The City Treasurer/Tax collector is Ellen Micka. Tax Clerks Doreen Devitt, Donald Long, and Carrissa Stevenosky assist her in her duties. The responsibilities of the office include accounting for and reconciling all money received for the City of Pottsville as well as Real Estate and Personal Taxes for the City, Schuylkill County and the Pottsville Area School District. The Office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.
