OFFICE of the CITY ADMINISTRATOR

The City Administrator is the Chief Administrative Officer of the City of Pottsville and is responsible to the City Council as a whole for the proper and efficient administration of the affairs of the City.

The Administrator supervises and is responsible for the activities of all City Departments.

The Administrator serves as the Deputy Director of all City departments. Under Pottsville's form of Commission Government elected members of City Council serve as department directors. Further information regarding the position of City Administrator can be found in the Codified Ordinances Chapter 41, Article VII.

Thomas A. Palamar is the City Administrator. Mary Quirk is the Administrative Assistant to the City Administrator.
